Stephan and Monika work vineyards across Deutsch-Schützen and Eisenberg, where heavy clay and slate soils support their Blaufränkisch and Merlot. The portfolio includes StephanO, Trinculo, Prospero, and Gonzalo. White wines are made in concrete eggs. When weather permits, the house opens for seasonal Buschenschank events multiple times yearly, with meals built around vegetables from their raised beds and ingredients sourced from regional farmers. Two guest rooms are available on the property.
