Stonebrook Winery sits on a working family farm in Melbourne, Kentucky, roughly twenty minutes from Cincinnati. Founded in 2005, the operation produces over thirty handcrafted wines, ranging from Chardonnay and Cabernet Franc to Chambourcin, Traminette, Vidal Blanc, Cynthiana, Norton, and Cayuga White. The program also makes a blackberry wine from one hundred percent blackberry juice, no added flavors or colors. The tasting room, open Friday evenings and weekend afternoons, pours five wines of your choice for five dollars. Cheese trays are available for ten dollars. Stonebrook is part of the Northern Kentucky Roads Wine Trail, a network of eight wineries across the region.
