About Stone Crest Vineyard
Stone Crest Vineyard began with grapes planted in 2005 in Frazeysburg, then officially founded in 2007 by owner Cheryl Barker. Mike Barker, an award-winning winemaker trained by Riece Brown, leads the program. The onsite vineyard yields Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Catawba, Concord, and Cayuga. Wines have earned gold, silver, and bronze medals in the Ohio Wine Competition. The tasting room opens Saturdays from 1 to 6 pm, with outdoor seating by a hillside waterfall and climate-controlled indoor space.
