About Three Oaks Vineyard, LLC
Pete and Diana Hooverman run Three Oaks Vineyard in Granville, Ohio, where the final season is underway. The program draws from estate fruit and grapes sourced across Ohio and New York, crafting Niagara, Corot Noir, Marquette, Cab Franc, Chambourcin, Vidal Blanc, Concord, and Catawba. Fridays and Saturdays, 4 pm to 9 pm, the cellar opens without reservation. Visitors can taste flights, tour the vineyard, or walk the hiking path on the property. November brings wine slushies and mulled wine. A case of six bottles earns 10% off.
Tasting Experiences
Friday Open Mic Night
Open mic night featuring local musicians, with sign-ups starting at 5 pm and music beginning at 6 pm. Visitors can bring instruments and perform.
Saturday Evening Wine and Music
Scheduled live music and food truck events on Saturday evenings. First-come, first-served seating; visitors welcome to bring their own chairs.
Vineyard Tours
Guided vineyard tours available upon request with Pete, who shows visitors the grapes and answers questions about the vineyard.
Hiking Path
Short hiking path on the property beyond the vineyards where visitors can enjoy a glass of wine while exploring the outdoors.
