Sixteen hectares across Alsace. Stoeffler Vincent works parcels between Barr, Mittelbergheim, and Heiligenstein, with historic ground in Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr. Three generations deep in organic farming, more than twenty years committed to copper and sulfur alone. The soils shift constantly, calcareous to clay to sandstone to marly-calcareous. Hand-harvested by village workers, the program yields more than forty wines. Grands Crus and Lieux-dits sit alongside Vendanges Tardives. A Nature line runs parallel, minimal intervention, no additives.
