Domaine Gilg has worked Mittelbergheim's vineyards since 1600, with cellars dating from the 16th century. Thirty hectares extend within three kilometers of the village, including 6.8 hectares in the Grand Cru Zotzenberg and roughly one hectare in the Grand Cru Moenchberg across Andlau and Eichhoffen. The domaine is certified in organic agriculture. The portfolio spans Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Klevener de Heiligenstein, and Chardonnay, alongside Crémants d'Alsace. Vineyard tours and tastings are available. Wines ship throughout France and Europe.
