About

Giant Steps was founded in 1997 by wine industry pioneer Phil Sexton and is now led by Head of Winemaking and Viticulture Melanie Chester. The winery produces Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that reflect the singular personalities of sought-after vineyards across the Yarra Valley, working with six vineyard sites in the Valley and one in Tasmania. Located in Healerville one hour from Melbourne, their tasting room offers experiences ranging from casual glasses to deep dives into their region, varieties and single vineyard styles.
