Staehly Farm Winery

About

Chris Staehly planted the first trees here in 1985. Now the farm spans 20 acres of Christmas trees and over 20 different fruit crops. Chris, Gail, and their son Kevin established the winery in 2014, building a portfolio of 14 wines that ranges from Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling to Dry Apple Wine, Rhubarb Wine made from 100% rhubarb, and Blueberry Breeze, a blend of blueberries and apples. The Dry Apple Wine carries just 0.5% residual sugar. The tasting room on Town Street opens May through December. The farm also operates Yankee Cider Company, featuring 12 hard ciders on draft.
