Three generations have shaped Sovik in Sooß, in Austria's Thermenregion. The family tends 8.5 hectares of vineyard according to organic principles, a conversion that began in 2008 and yielded the first certified organic wines with the 2012 vintage. The cellar works in both stainless steel and oak, producing typical Austrian and international varieties.
