Sierra Vista Wines was founded in 1974 in Placerville, fifteen minutes off Highway 50. Jim Czachorowski runs this medium-sized boutique operation, where a fifty-year-old legacy vineyard supplies grapes that are hand-selected at harvest, then grown, produced, and bottled on site. The house embraces sustainable and eco-friendly practices throughout. On-site, the program hosts wine events, live music, and food pairings. Wine Club members receive quarterly shipments, invitations to exclusive events, first access to new releases, special pricing, and complimentary tastings.
