About Siboney Cellars
Four miles west of Johnson City, Siboney Cellars has a tasting room with views. Barbara is the winemaker. The Classic Wine Tasting pours five wines. The Estate Tour & Tasting is guided by the owners. Thursday Twilight runs 5 to 8pm. Domino Day Pig Roast events are held on August 23, September 20, and October 18. Open Monday 12 to 5pm, Thursday 12 to 8pm, Friday through Sunday 11am to 6pm.

Estate Tour & Tasting
A premium, owner-guided experience. Take a guided walking tour of the vineyard, meet the owners, and explore the winery and barrel cellar.
Thursday Twilight
Glass & Bottle service, culinary board pairings, cuban sandwiches, cigars, port. Seating is run of Vineyard, covered terrace, & cellar. 5-8pm
