About Pebble Rock Cellars
Robert and Lydia Nida founded Pebble Rock Cellars in Stonewall, Texas, with Robert Nida as winemaker. Tastings are by appointment only, limited to eight guests per slot and spaced ninety minutes apart. Saturday hours run 11 AM to 5 PM, Sunday noon to 5 PM. The wine club offers three tiers, 3-bottle, 6-bottle, and 12-bottle, with two shipments annually in spring and fall. Members receive tiered discounts on purchases, 10% at the 3-bottle level, 15% at 6-bottle, and 20% at 12-bottle.

Seated Wine Tasting
Intimate seated tasting of current wine selection with open conversation about the winery's story, philosophy, and winemaking process. Includes interactive education portion that changes monthly. Limited to 8 guests per tasting with tastings spaced 90 minutes apart.
