Gil Moore, who grew up in Lodi's vineyards and holds a master's in public administration, owns Sheldon Wines. The 14,000 square foot complex carries wines where 90% of selections score 90 points or higher. The selection includes Rombauer Chardonnay, Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignon, Caymus, and Jordan. Wine tastings run Tuesday through Saturday from 3pm to 8:30pm. The shop opens daily from 10am to 9pm. A Wine Club offers three price points with quarterly shipments, and online retail shipping reaches approved US states.
