Angels & Cowboys spans still and sparkling expressions, with the Brut Rosé and Brut crafted using Méthode Traditionnelle from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. High Dive, a Napa Valley wine, was served at The French Laundry. The program also includes Astrolabe and Atelier, with Ondine Chattan as winemaker for Atelier.
