At the base of the Santa Cruz Mountains in Soquel, four miles from the coast, 3P Winery tends a small vineyard and produces single-vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in deliberately limited quantities. The 2023 3P Vineyard Pinot Noir runs to 50 cases. The 2024 Chardonnay, 88 cases. A Rosé of Pinot Noir, 184 cases. The tasting room pairs wine with chef-crafted food, moving through four small-batch selections. For those who want to follow the program, the Copper Club arrives three times yearly with two bottles per release at $42-95 per shipment, or the Silver Club with four at $88-$185 per shipment.
