Harald, Nancy, and Laurin work the Pulkautal in northwestern Weinviertel, where the program spans reds and whites across eight varietals. The house is known for two rosés that sit at opposite ends of the spectrum. RAW ROSÉ emerges from Steingarten, hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed, then spontaneously fermented in small wooden barrels, aged long on full yeast, hand-bottled, unfiltered. SPARKY PINK ROSÉ BRUT 2024 BIO takes a different path, a blend of seven varietals aged over one year on fine yeast before bottling. GRÜNER VELTLINER LUNA rounds the portfolio, a Weinviertel DAC from the 2025 vintage. Food and dogs are welcome. Gault&Millau recognized them as Newcomer from 2013 through 2021.
