Bauer Norbert has been established in Jetzelsdorf since 1721, tending more than 100 individual vineyard parcels across the Weinviertel. Norbert, Gisela, and Willy Bauer work 380,000 vines planted across sites like Schatzberg, Gerichtsberg, Haidberg, Diermannsee, Retzer Parapluiberg, and Himmeltau. The program spans both white and red, from Grüner Veltliner and Riesling to Zweigelt, Sankt Laurent, and Blaufränkisch. The cellar includes a Blauer Portugieser Sandstein 2025, a Blaufränkisch Ried Gerichtsberg 2022, and a Chardonnay Beerenauslese 2021. The house offers guest rooms for overnight stays and wine picnics at Kellerstöckl on Königstiger Alm.
