Thomas Diem tends a family operation in Jetzelsdorf, within the Pulkautal valley of Weinviertel. Sustainable viticulture and gentle soil cultivation are practiced across white and red varietals. Grüner Veltliner anchors the program, including the Weinviertel DAC expression. Alongside Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, and Weißer Riesling vom Löss sit Zweigelt, St. Laurent, Blauburger, and Blauer Portugieser. The portfolio spans still wines, a pink sparkling, and reserves like the Zweigelt Reserve 2022.
