Founded in 2010 by the youngest of seven brothers and one sister, Seven Brothers Distilling Company began when its founder first attempted to make spirits at age 14. Based in Harpersfield Township, the operation sources Ohio grains and spring water, processing them through low-temperature vacuum distillation. The portfolio includes Hickory Smoked Whisky, Erie Islands Rum, Bourbon, Agave Spirit, and Gin. The tasting room features an outdoor patio that is dog-friendly and offers distillery tours and events.
