School House Winery opened in Dover in 2009, where Dave and Jennifer craft over 17 wines on site. The program centers on Chambourcin, Delaware, and Niagara. Bully Red is a semi-dry, full-bodied Chambourcin. Ruslin Hills White is a semi-dry, fruit-forward blend of Delaware and Niagara. The house also makes Teacher's Ade, Class Clown, Cherry Sangria, Cherry Wine, Pomegranate, and Head of the Class. A tasting room welcomes visitors, with food and outdoor seating available. The winery is located in Dover Township, Tuscarawas County, within driving range of Amish Country and near Zoar Village.
