Laurent Scheidecker, third generation vigneron, tends ten hectares across five communes in Alsace, anchored by four Grand Cru vineyards. Mandelberg, Marckrain, Froehn, and Sporen shape the program. The house works Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Muscat into still wines and Crémant d'Alsace, moving between dry and moelleux expressions. The 2024 Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Mandelberg Moelleux and Pinot Gris Grand Cru Marckrain Moelleux anchor the portfolio, joined by the 2023 Muscat Grand Cru Froehn Demi-sec and both Brut Blanc and Brut Rosé Crémant. The tasting room opens Monday through Saturday, 9:00 to 17:00.
