About Domaine Baumann-Zirgel
Benjamin and Valérie work 11 hectares of organically cultivated vineyard in Mittelwihr, drawing from four Grand Crus and five Lieux-dits. The domaine produces its own harvest, crafting Alsace wines and crémants. The tasting room opens Monday through Saturday, 9am to noon and 2pm to 6pm, with three tasting formats.
