Rosnay Organic is a family-run farm in Canowindra, NSW that has been producing organic and biodynamic wines, olives, and figs since 1997. The winery specializes in preservative-free, natural wines fermented with wild yeast, housed in a sustainable straw-bale building powered by solar energy. The cellar door welcomes drop-in visitors daily and offers tastings, farm tours, and accommodation including farmstay and glamping options.
