Rombi Wines is a luxury winemaking operation in Carmel Valley Village founded in 2006 by owner and winemaker Salvatore Rombi. The winery produces elegant, bold, and complex red wines from the Carmel Valley Appellation using hands-on, sustainable farming practices.
