Robert Desbrosse

Robert Desbrosse works in Congy, where south-facing slopes feed the cellar. Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir from the winery's own parcels move through oak barrels for more than half the program. Bottles rest in chalk cellars for up to eight years. The portfolio spans Tradition Brut and Demi-sec, Rosé Brut, Cuvée Spéciale Brut, Millésimé Brut, and Prestige Brut. The family has perpetuated winemaking across generations, handling all production steps from production to commercialization.
