The program centers on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier across a lineup that includes Originel Brut, Rosé Brut, Perpétuel Brut, Extra-Brut, Grande Réserve Extra-Brut, Cuvée Éphémère, and L'Envol de Montgolfière. The Grande Réserve Extra-Brut, aged on lees for 48 months with a dosage of 5 grams, has earned 92 points from Wine Spectator, 2 stars from Guide Hachette 2021, 16.5/20 from Gault & Millau 2021, and 16/20 from Bettane & Desseauve 2020. Cuvée Éphémère is available from October 2025 to October 2026.
