John and Jenn craft mead, fruit wine, and cider in Yokuts Valley. The portfolio includes Lemon Splash, a carbonated lemon mead at 7.5% ABV, Barbarik at 13.5% ABV, Mist Falls with cranberry, apple, aronia berry, pear and grape at 10.5% ABV, Classik at 15% ABV, Oubliette, an elderberry mead at 9.6% ABV, Murder Hornet, a smoked chipotle and pineapple mead at 11% ABV, Archetype, a carbonated wildflower honey mead at 7.5% ABV, Unicorn Blood, a hibiscus mead with mint at 12% ABV, and Serenity, a mead with lavender and wildflower honey at 8.8% ABV. The house also produces artisan sourdough and spices. Open Monday through Friday from noon to seven, Saturday and Sunday from ten to seven on Saturday and ten to five on Sunday, the space runs on solar power and offers air-conditioned indoor seating and outdoor misters and fire pits. Overnight stays via Harvest Host or Hip Camp accommodate tents and RVs. Mead club members receive a 15% discount, complimentary tastings for up to four, exclusive products, early access to new releases, and invitations to exclusive events.
