Red Edge is a traditional family-owned winery located in the heart of the Heathcote wine region, established in 1994. They prioritize minimal intervention and traditional techniques to create full-bodied Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon alongside European grape varieties. All wines are made from estate-grown fruit in an off-grid solar-powered winery and aged 18-24 months before bottling on site.
