She-Oak Hill is a boutique, family-run vineyard planted in 1975 in the Heathcote Wine Region of Victoria, producing premium wines from old vines on Cambrian soil. The winery specializes in small-batch Shiraz and Chardonnay, hand-picked at optimal ripeness and made by winemaker Mark Hunter at neighboring Sanguine Estate. Recognized for wines with spice and rich, dark fruit characteristics that reflect the vineyard's unique terroir.
