About Rebec Vineyards, Inc.
Svetlozar Kanev leads the program at Rebec Vineyards in Amherst, working with Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Gewürztraminer. The house pours Autumn Glow, a Riesling and Pinot Noir blend, alongside Sweet Sofia, an herb-infused wine based on a Bulgarian recipe. The Gewürztraminer is made in an Alsatian style. The tasting room opens to outdoor seating and a picnic area. Vineyard tours are available. Each Labor Day, the winery hosts its Wine & Music Festival. The Virginia Wine & Garlic Festival also takes place here. Food is served.
