Rainbow Orchards

About

Rainbow Orchards has been a family operation since 1977, now in its third generation, growing apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, and blueberries in the Sierra Nevada foothills in Camino. The orchard presses its own cider and runs a Bake Shop making apple cider donuts, apple pies, blueberry pie, pumpkin pie, blackberry pie, apple crisp, cobblers, apple cream cheese tart, peach cobbler, and corn dogs, along with jams, jellies, and preserves from pumpkins, apples, pears and berries. A member of the Apple Hill Growers Association, the farm opens its picnic area from September 5 through November 29, offers you-pick blueberries on June 20, 21, 27, 28 with reservations required, and hosts wine and hard cider tastings on weekends from September 24 through October 25, weather permitting.
