Phillip Wiley and Joyce Wiley tend the vineyard by hand, harvesting Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chambourcin, Frontenac, Vincent, Aurore, Totmur, Vignole, and Traminette without added juices or sugars.
