About Quabbin SKY Vineyard
Quabbin SKY Vineyard, established in 2004, is New Salem's first bonded farm winery. Phillip Wiley and Joyce Wiley tend the vineyard by hand, harvesting Pinot Noir, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chambourcin, Frontenac, Vincent, Aurore, Totmur, Vignole, and Traminette without added juices or sugars. The Aurore and Totmur grapes are handpicked at the vineyard. The tasting room opens daily from 10am to 5pm, with free tastings. The work honors the towns of Dana, Enfield, Greenwich, and Prescott.
