Polz has been a family winery in Straß in Steiermark since 1912 in the Südsteiermark region. Erich Polz jun. leads the program today, working across the white varietals that define the house. Sauvignon Blanc, Weissburgunder, Gelber Muskateller, Morillon, Welschriesling, and Grauer Burgunder form the portfolio, alongside the sparkling EPJ Sekt.
