About Podere San Cristoforo
Podere San Cristoforo sits in Maremma, on the Tuscan coast. Lorenzo Zonin directs the program through biodynamic farming and organic certification, using only copper and sulfur in the vineyard. The portfolio spans Petit Verdot, Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. San Cristoforo Petit Verdot is 100% varietal expression. Ameri Sangiovese Governo follows governo all'uso toscano, with fourteen days of sun and wind drying before fermentation. Carandelle blends six different Sangiovese biotypes into a single wine.
