Pleasant Valley Wine Company was established in 1860 as the oldest winery in the Finger Lakes region. Designated U.S. Bonded Winery No. 1, the house operates eight stone buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Under the ownership of Michael Doyle and leadership of president and CEO Heather Bricetti Mulligan, the program is one of the most renowned producers of prestigious and sought-after champagnes in America. The tasting room opens daily from 10am to 5pm, with tastings at $5 per person. Guided tours run daily from Memorial Day through mid-November, lasting 45 minutes at $5 per person.
