About Paul Gaschy
Paul Gaschy has worked Eguisheim's slopes since 1938, now across 9 hectares that span three Grand Cru terroirs. Eichberg, Pfersigberg, and Hengst anchor the program, alongside named sites Fronenberg and Rosenberg. Paul, Bernard, and Hervé Gaschy tend the vines under organic certification, achieved in 2012 after three years of conversion and verified by Ecocert. The portfolio includes Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir. The tasting room opens daily from 9am to noon and 2pm to 6pm, closed Sundays and public holidays.
