Renato De Bartoli leads the program at Azienda Agricola Siciliano in Castiglione di Sicilia, working from Tenuta Solisciaro on Etna's north slope. The vineyard sits between 743 and 769 meters, northeast-facing, and produces Etna Rosso and Rosato DOC alongside Contrada Rampante Etna Rosso DOC and a Metodo Classico Blanc de Noir Dosaggio Zero. Tours move through old vines with the vineyard manager, then into the historic Palmento. Tastings follow with four or five wines accompanied by local bread.
