Four generations of vine cultivation in Novello, Piemonte, now vinifying their own grapes. The program centers on Nebbiolo da Barolo, Nebbiolo Langhe, and Nascetta, each varietal grown on the estate and bottled here. Barolo from the Sottocastello di Novello vineyard anchors the portfolio. Bolletta, a classic method brut sparkling wine made from Nascetta, emerged from the rediscovery of that varietal. All wines are estate-grown and produced in-house. Guided vineyard tours with tastings and direct sales from the winery are available.
