Steve Glossner arrived in Paso Robles in 1993 with a track record at Justin Vineyards, where he produced the 1994 Isosceles that won the Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande Trophy, and later contributed base wines to the 1997 Isosceles, rated among Wine Spectator's top 100 in 2000. He worked at Adelaida Cellars starting in 1999 and was hired as Director of Winemaking at Halter Ranch in 2002. With his wife Lola, he creates Paso Port, Per Caso Cellars, and Pendray's Distillery. Paso Port delivers Ruby, Vintage, Tawny, and Aged White expressions. Per Caso Cellars spans single varietals, blended reds, blended whites, and estate reserves. Pendray's Distillery produces barrel-aged brandies, grappas, and fruit-based liqueurs. The tasting room operates by reservation, welcomes dogs, and offers outdoor seating.
