About Volatus Wine
Volatus Wine was founded in 2004 in Paso Robles by winemaker Hal "Bull" Schmitt, a former Navy fighter pilot. The tasting room is located in the West Side Willow Creek District. The signature flight features five wines, including Charlie and CAVU. Pets on leash are welcome.

Exclusive flight of 6 rarely opened reserve and library wines in the private Ready Room. Customized 90-minute guided tasting with cheese pairings selected by the winemaker. $60 per person, $40 for wine club members.
