Scott's journey into winemaking began in his youth, influenced by his Italian heritage and a transformative three-year experience in Bordeaux, where he developed a passion for Merlot and Cabernet Franc. After initially pursuing a career in the entertainment industry, he returned to winemaking, launching his first vintage in 2003 with a focus on limited production wines.

Palazzo Wine is known for its Right Bank Reserve, a Merlot-dominant blend that has gained acclaim among sommeliers and restaurants. Scott's meticulous vineyard management, particularly with Cabernet Franc, reflects his commitment to quality. His wines have received numerous accolades, including Best Chardonnay and Best of Show White Wine at the Critics Challenge in 2020.
