About Ottomani
Ottomani works across Tuscany's appellations and traditions with deliberate range. The portfolio spans Chianti Classico DOCG from Strada in Chianti, fermented and aged in cement tanks, alongside IGT expressions in older vessels and heritage grapes. Sangiovese Anfora lives in Impruneta terracotta amphorae. A late-harvest blend ferments slowly for three years in traditional Caratelli barrels. The whites draw from vines over 40 years old. Canaiolo, Colorino, and Ciliegiolo appear across the program.
