About Oreste Wine Estate
Oreste Wine Estate is a small 6-hectare organic winery in the Kistauri area of Kakheti, founded by Data and Capucine near a historic monastery after the couple met during their Enology Master's degree in France. Wines undergo spontaneous fermentation in traditional qvevri with skin maceration for up to 8 months, using indigenous grapes.
