About Obenaus Martin
Martin Obenaus works biodynamic vineyards in Glaubendorf, in Austria's Weinviertel. The program splits into two lines. The MO collection pairs white wines aged in stainless steel with reds rested in old, large oak barrels. The Unchained series spends two years at the winery in massive wooden vessels that hold up to 4,000 liters before release. Roter Veltliner anchors the work across both ranges. Beyond wine, the cellar hosts Wild auf Wein, a wild boar event, and produces spice blends including Unchained Bratl Gewürz and Unchained Kimchi Gewürz.
