About Nuiton-Beaunoy
Founded in 1957, Nuiton-Beaunoy stands as the sole cooperative cave in Côte d'Or, uniting 80 member vignerons across the region's slopes. Vineyards span the Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, and Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, yielding Pinot Noir and Chardonnay across Regional, Village, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru appellations. The house is committed to Vignerons Développement Durable, an environmental program.
