Hand-harvested grapes across 40% white varieties, 50% red, and 10% dessert production. Pheromone traps and cover cropping add minerals to soil naturally. Manual labor is emphasized in vineyard work. The program extends to a Buschenschank in nearby Deutsch Jahrndorf.
