Gerhard and Bettina Varga work across the Neusiedlersee region of Austria, in Gols. The program spans nine varietals. Six whites, among them Welschriesling, Rheinriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Weißburgunder, Muskat Ottonel, and Chardonnay, rest in stainless steel. Three reds, Pinot Noir, Blaufränkisch, and Zweigelt, mature in wooden barrels. Food is available at the winery.
