Mohrenberger

About

Mohrenberger has worked organically since its founding in 1977, in Perchtoldsdorf within Austria's Thermenregion. The vineyard relies on plant manure, compost, and rock flour. No synthetic fertilizers or pesticides enter the soil. Plant extract alone manages pest pressure. In the cellar, the house forgoes sugar additions and high-temperature pasteurization. Sulfur sits at roughly 70% below legal limits. Cold bottling, no sorbic or ascorbic acid. All grapes come from the estate's own vineyards.
