MJA Vineyards began in 2008 when owner Marin John Artukovich acquired Napa vineyards, then expanded into the Santa Cruz Mountains in 2011 for the DaVine Cellars line. Rob Lloyd, David Middleton, and Artukovich work across Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Bordeaux blends, and Mediterranean varietals. Cabernet grapes come from Howell Mountain, St. Helena, and Napa sites. The house handcrafts around 8000 cases of Aloha wine annually at Westside Cellar in Santa Cruz. The portfolio includes Serene Cellars and DaVine Cellars. The operation also produces 100% Kona coffee, grown on Hawaii's Big Island for over 20 years.
