About Stirm Wine
Stirm Wine works with unique and rugged vineyards across the Central Coast, sourcing from specific patches of earth that reflect in what lands in the bottle. The program spans Vermentiño, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Pfeffer, and Riesling. The 2024 Pajaromas Vermentiño and 2023 Wirz Zinfandel, Old Vines sit alongside the 2023 Fiddlestix Pinot Noir from Sta. Rita Hills, the 2024 Calcite Cienega Valley White, the 2023 El Gabilan Cabernet Pfeffer, Old Vines, the 2024 Serpentinite Riesling, the 2023 Wirz Riesling, Old Vines, and the 2022 Benitoite Red from San Benito County. Based in Watsonville, the winery offers tastings by appointment in the Pajaro Valley.
